What a great addition to Lancaster for those of us that can't eat gluten and hate running to 3 or 4 grocery stores to find our favorite GF items. I was able to stop in on their first day of business and was really impressed with the selection. My poor memory can only recall the following; purity protocol certified GF oats from GF Harvest, Pamela's Products, Canyon Bakehouse, Three Bakers, Against the Grain, Conte's Pasta, Schar, Katz Gluten Free, The Greater Knead and Better Batter but they have many more.

The brand selection is great and even better is the total number of different items from each. You may be familiar with one or two items from each brand but you'll be impressed they offer so many new things you just can't get anywhere else.

I was able to meet Tammy one of the owners and she's readily available to help you find anything you are looking for while you shop. The selection will likely change over time but they seem more than willing to take suggestions and try new things.

They actual store is located in the back corner of the shopping complex close to Goodwill.
