i really should have trusted the reviews before i went in... they were nice on the phone and could get me in right away. i asked for the gel nails and one of the bristles from the brush was on my nail. she painted right over it. when i asked about it, she said it was my nail. i said "ummm no it isn't." Then 3 other workers came over to look at it. She she filed it down. at the end, she gave me the bill but my nails were still dirty underneath. I asked for the correct tool and she handed it to me. it took me about 7 minutes to clean my own nails? I wont be back, sadly...
